]]> Yesterday I shot RunCenter at Elliptigo in Solana Beach with Fox 5′s Heather Ford. If you havent seen one of these one the street, well one day you will. Elliptigo is finally picking up across the nation. I rode one for a little and had a good workout. Imagine a elliptical and a bike all in one. Totally felt my quads being put to work.
