Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club

A couple of weeks ago Geoff and I hit up the CMRCC for a little post-hangover golf relaxation. Nothing beats a cheap twilight, empty golf course.

Doubletree

Matt, Lester & I hit up Doubletree for some friday golf for Matt’s last few days at Competitor. After a 3-4 month hiatus its glad to be back on the course. It was a beautiful friday afternoon for some golf. I wish every day was like this day.

Tee Time For 8

For the 3 day weekend we gathered 8 of us who are golf aficionado’s and beginners and booked a double tee time for 8 at The Vineyards in escondido. It was a perfect day for golf except for all the tee box delays. I even hit a 305 yard drive on the 13th hole.

Lawrence Welk’s Backyard

Played a full 18 holes on Saturday at The Welk in escondido with JR, Kimtan and Chris. It was definitely a nice and perfect day for a round.

Tecolote Canyon

Golf is becoming more of a weekly habit with all the fellas at work. We have played for at least 7 consecutive weeks. This last weekend went to Tecolote Canyon with Johnny, Geoff, and Joey. This course is actually very tough and has mostly par 3 holes except for two par 4′s. If you didn’t come ready with your iron’s game or beer, it would be a long day. All the hole tee boxes were backed up at least 5-10 min at each course, but luckily we had some brewski’s to sit on. I also hit another birdie! If i can manage 1 birdie a week, i’ll be good, but my putting definitely is horrible.

(Black & White) The Vineyard – Back 9

Some of the photos looked amazing in black in white so i thought i’d make a separate post…

The Vineyard – Back 9

Sorry for the lack of updates. My Road Runner Broadband internet is literally running at 56k or slower right now. My iPhone internet is faster…

Last Friday while everyone was in Nashville, we took on a quick 9 holes in the morning before work at the Vineyard in Escondido. It started out cold but ended up being a gorgeous day for golf and even better golfing performance day for us.

Team Competitor Golf – Carmel Mtn. Ranch Golf Course

Yesterday we had golf practice over at Carmel Mountain. This by far was the hardest course ive played in a while. With all the housing across the course it made shanked balls un-retrievable. Out of the 12 pack of nike balls I JUST BOUGHT, I was only left with one #4 ball. Played behind a slow pack of golfer sucked because of the constant waiting at each tee. It was still a good time to relax and get out there with the fellas.
