Rocky & Carlo’s

Last friday night some of our friends in New Orleans took us out for dinner with some friends to Rocky & Carlo’s Restaurant in Chalmette. Chalmette was one of the hardest hit area’s during Hurricane Katrina and still haven’t fully recovered. Rocky & Carlo’s was flooded all the way to the top of the building during Katrina. Once Katrina hit the question was “When will Rocky & Carlo’s re-open?”. Well they’ve rebuilt their restaurant and the business is flowing.

They have delicious food across the table with rather generous portions. I had the roast beef po-boy and it was delicious!!! As you can tell the food just tastes as delicious as it looks. So when you are in New Orleans, you must stop by the always busy Rocky & Carlo’s.
