Special Delivery

This morning a big package came for me in the front of the building. Its my new Felt F95 Team Issue road bike. However since a bunch of the bike guys over here are at the Wildflower Triathlon this weekend, i have to wait until next week to get fitted. Its okay, it gives me time to get hooked up with gear. I am very excited!

Pre-Season

Draft day is when the football season starts again. Am I pumped? YES. And to kick off the season, it was equipment check time and re-upped on some jersey’s for this year. I’m all set for September 14th. Are you?

Chef of Love

On saturday a few of us spent some guy time with josie as she leave this weekend for san jose. It started out at the base playing some paintball. I felt invisible when the paintballs would bounce off my body left and right. However playing with the big boyz was a whole nother game.

Afterwards we wanted to top the time the girls had with josie and match them with a lunch at shogun to go along with our paint balling. Our favorite chef/uncle, Uncle Norman was by our side. cheaper lunch and uncle norman’s jokes just topped off the day.

Mad Hatter

I havent bought a new era hat in approximately 1 year 4 months and 20 days. Not since January 1st, 2008. Since then I never thought that $40 a hat was justified with my income at the time. Well its summer time and i decided i needed to decorate my dome with some dope caps. So this is what i bought: 1. Retro Mariners 2. Retro Padres Hat 3. my “O’s” two tone cap.

Finally blew my candles for my birthday cake that my wonderful April got me. Red velvet cold stone, YUM.

Re-Coup

Took the re-coup day and went over to TJs new apartment complex and had a good bbq.

26th at Stingaree

Took my birthday up a couple levels and had a cabana reserved with a bottle of belvedere at the prestigious Stingaree. Good times with my good friends.

One of my birthday presents from April was this lovely fame of us for my office that i’ve always wanted. Everyday I am reminded how lucky I am.

I spent my 26th birthday on tuesday with good company. Me and ron had dinner at the old spaghetti factory in downtown. It’s their 40th anniversary so until may, every tuesday is 40% off their classic dishes. We waited 2+ hours for a table of 20 but luckily they had a lounge at the top.

I would like to thank everybody for coming along with their greetings and alcohol. It was very appreciated.

Kearny Moto Park X North Park

The outsiders had their event at the kearny mesa moto track saturday night. watching only made me want my own bmx and race on the track myself. it looked so fun.

Afterwards we went to North Park to find something to do and ran into a Art Walk kinda thing. A strip of art galleries had open houses and we checked out a bunch of art. it felt like williamsburg in brooklyn. it was pretty coool.

Felt Bicycle – F95 Team Issue

I am currently eyeing this bike and crossing my fingers that its available at the Felt Bicycle warehouse. Working for competitor i get a really good discount on felt bikes. Realistically, i want to start riding a bike to work/gym. my birthday present to myself. gonna wait til next week to pull the trigger.

Chipotle!!!

As a thank you for working the marathon on sunday, the company had chipotle for lunch! free food is the best food, sometimes. me, johnny, and geoff took the bicicleta’s over to the other building.
