Men’s E Division Champs

Monday was our men’s division playoffs. Our first game we were losing until the last inning. We were home team so we were last ups. Down 8-6, we managed to bring in 3 runs to get that walk off win. Our second game, we started out slow again but picked up the lead halfway through the game and won from the mercy/run rule. I have never been put to work out in left field like that since playing in 8th grade. We got our winning champ tees and will now be pushed to the serious, matching uniform, 5 homeruns a game, men’s D league.

Here’s the team:

Non Verizon Users

Apparently there’s no reception in our office but I seem to not notice because i’m part of the verizon network backup posse. Everyone else has AT&T and had to get a signal booster to conduct business at work. I still don’t even know if they got an extra bar. my easy solution: GET ON VERIZON’S POSSE

Featuring: Ben and Chris

Red Circle

As an encore to jenny’s birthday, we headed to red circle for TK and Rob Zoomy’s event. That place was crackin even though it only fits 250 people. I got served drinks pretty fast. We also got a couple of bottles and a table. We all had a great time, especially jenny who later got kicked out. haha.

Lucky Green

This is kinda like an advertisement to my sponsors. jk.

I broke in my fresh Hundreds Johnson Mid’s today. i like dem berry much.

One Reason

.. to get a blackberry storm. watch the whole thing or skip to the end.

Alex Kid

… is one of my favorite games on the SEGA master system (before genesis) circa 1985-87. Anyways, my co-worker that I work with is temporarily gone until the end of the month so we needed a temp. I asked my buddy from school, Alex, and he just happened to have finished his resume the day before. So Platt College is definitely running the creative department at work.

RIP Lola

Unfortunately my grandma past a couple of days ago in the philippines. She was my last grandparent alive. Her and my grandpa took care of me through my childhood and went back to the philippines when i was around 6-7 years old. She lived to be 94 and would’ve been 95 next month. She would always call me “nono” and instead of kissing me on the cheek, she would just sniff my cheek. RIP grandma. 143.

Blue Moon

The moon looked awesome over the weekend constantly peeking through the fast moving clouds. I think i got some cool shots and i took them and added some cool lens flares and such.

Sundaze

Sunday evening, TK, chris and I and a non healthy (1000+ calorie burger) dinner at Islands. Afterwards, we watched the 1035pm showing of Watchmen in IMAX at the mira mesa theatres. IMAX is actually really dope. Its prolly the reason why i stayed up the whole movie.

Ciles Bday

Friday was Ciles bday. Its that time when everyones bday is coming up! Cile reserved the back patio at Aloha Sushi in la jolla. Even though it was a chilly night, the heaters kept us warm. They recently renovated the place with cabanas that make it a nice night eatery when the weather gets warmer. It was all about sake bombs, good food, and red velvet ice cream cake.

Afterwards, we had a spot reserved at you know where, ONYX/THIN. We had the huge bottle of grey goose which pretty much fed the cile party posse. It seems like everyone had a wonderful evening.
