Joe/Terry’s BBQ Softball Bash

Actually got out of the house for joe/terry’s bday bbq. You can pretty much say softball and im there. it was a beautiful and clear day to play and have a bbq.

Ja Jolla Brew House / Ruby Room

Last friday apes and I had a nice dinner at Aloha sushi in la jolla. After wards we met up with george, vince and josie at the brew house down the street. luckily jojo is a bouncer there so drink were on the hizzouse. we had enough and decided to go to the ruby room in north park. it was 99% fixed bike riders and 1% asian. It was actually really fun. cheap drinks and they played really good music! kinda Girl Talk music. what a wonderful night.

Shes got Curves

I retired my blackberry storm and downgraded to a more reliable blackberry smart phone, the CURVE. It’s part of my game plan. give me a couple of months and ill be rockin the newest/best blackberry ever to come to verizon. or maybe i should get the iphone? we’ll see.

Lunch Break

Had lunch at Chili’s down the street with fellow sorrento mesa employee’s kimtan and doug. We havent been together since our trip to pittsburgh for that chargers game. It was good to catch up. It was my first restaurant lunch break. can’t wait for a tour at sony via doug. Good times my friends, good times…

Blown Up

Literally. =(

My truck is having engine problems so it got transported to the mechanic this morning but only to find out that I have a blown engine. =( So I wont see my baby in a while. I figure getting a new engine is like getting a heart transplant. It’s going to take a while. And just right when my truck is finally paid off. It’s a sad day but I get to be reunited with my high school ride, the 94′ explorer!

Holy Grail

At an undisclosed location, I came across one of the most valuable, most prized piece of obey/ Sheppard Fairey artwork. This is the Beatles/Giant pieces that were from Sheppards early collection circa 1996-97. The only one missing is the 5th print that was all black with the red block on the bottom that said “The Giant 7’4″” in the Beatles font.

I dont know why i never bought a shepard fairey print!? Now when’s his so big (obama inaugural poster) everyone buy’s his pieces like crazy. Last week at work I sat and waited constantly refreshing the obey website. Within minutes of going on sale, i purchased mine and all of a sudden SOLD OUT. I got lucky on this one. 383 of 450.

Fresh n Easy

So after working here for 3 weeks, I got ate whatever I wanted and now I’ve lost all 40% of my strength and prolly gained a lot of weight. So today i’m starting my salad for lunch regiment. wish me luck.

Swingman

Over the past year i’ve bought about 4 new cleats for baseball or football. I just haven’t found the right pair. Until now… I got these swingman remix’s only sold on eastbay. These are the old school griffey’s they retroed from like 99′ or something. I love the red. I cant wait for the all red swingman batting gloves to come out in april!

St Patty’s at Callahans

Right after work went to meet friends at callahans who already had a table. It was freaken crackin. There was a line just to get in, then you had to wait for a table. Had a bunch of green beers, irish nacho’s, and more beer. I was there from 5-10pm, but some of the friends got their before me and stayed their after me. There was like 3-5 waves of friends coming in and out. It’s time to work it off my belly.

Temporary

I temporarily worked in another part of the building on tuesday. Along with that, i temporarily worked on a imac. it was refreshing working on it for 8 hours.

Blackberry Niagara 9630 Verizon Wireless

I’ve got a Verizon phone upgrade locked and ready to purchase this phone once it comes out. I’ve been waiting for this since the day the storm came out where I was deeply disappointed.

I think this phone fits in between the new blackberry curve and the bold, with a storm body. More specs here at crackberry.

Injured Reserve

Jon Jon has been on the injured reserve list for a couple of weeks now. Someone slid cleat up into his shin and hit a blood vessel or something. His shin blew up and added an extra calf muscle in front of his leg. His frontal calf muscle has gone down just a tad, but not enough to get him back to work. Get better jon jon.
