After all my nike talk going on, its funny that the adidas skate rep dropped into the shop today to show me the spring 09 shoes. a few cool shoes but my fave are the vulc shell toe. here are a pics of some of the kicks.

i may be pretty creative with my work, but im also creative in the kitchen. i decided to have breakfast ready for april before she woke up this morning. notice my presentation? perfectly cooked eggs, lined up sausages, rice shaped heart, and writing in honey. maybe i should go to culinary school? maybe….
Shipping Department
My Nikes SB’s have been selling like crazy. Ive gotten 150+ emails the past 3 days and im not even exaggerating. So i guess all that sitting in my room brought up the value tremendously. Today i shipped another 6 pairs or so to all around the states. I gave my shoes my last wash and said my goodbyes.

RIP Ray Orias
I would like to say RIP to my cousin Ray. In his short but sweet life, he lived it to the fullest. If only he could’ve been a part of everyones life. RIP. All funerals are hard, but this was the hardest one i’ve ever been too.

So 28 pairs of my Nikes are on the for sale forum and are slowly being sold one by one. Its funny but its hard to part with my shoes. Oh well, they would’ve just kicked it in my room for another 3 years anyways. Its sad. but its cool, i still have a handful of “my precious” nikes on the side.

April, Kimtan, Jenn and I officially bought our plane tickets to vegas for the aug 8th weekend. We are leaving thursday night and returning monday night. Im going to be mr budget until then. My money definitely doesnt come easy. Save the date!

Touchscreen Blackberry Thunder

Finally, pictures of the touchscreen BlackBerry Thunder in action. BlackBerry Sync has a pair for us: One showing the music player (which will have an integrated carrier music store, but hopefully not Verizon’s UI, ugh) and another apparently recording a video. It’s definitely super polished, as we’d expect from a phone BlackBerry’s ballsy enough to call “Apple killer.”

Shushiya for Life
Sat evening after the beach peeps were done beaching, and i was done working, we headed to shushiya for some delicious grub. 6 out of 7 people ordered bogolgi! Delicious food calls for delicious sleep. didnt even stay away for the movie me and april rented. sorry babe.

Sacrifice
A preview of whats going to be on the market. Years and years of collecting dunks is going to be cut in half to make enough money to buy 2 new cameras and for vegas. get ready dunk collectors.
4th of July
Spent the late afternoon and early evening at the pool at rae’s and april’s place. we were lucky and were the only one in the neighborhood using the pool and grill. it was a sad afternoon when i found out my camera bag was lost/stolen. the worst. the jacuzzi was heating us up all night long. it was awesome. but thanks to tk for taking photos with his 40D. i already miss my 30D =(. from the pool we got to see the fireworks from RB and also from ramona i think or deep poway. afterwards we went back inside and watched Event Horizon and snacked on white castle burgers and popcorn.
Worst Week Ever

- Stolen camera bag. includes: Canon 30S SLR, my Canon SD780 IS, stock lens, and four memory cards
- Paycheck on HOLD for 2 weeks
- Lost my OBEY sunglasses
Im afraid to say it, its time to find a full time job to recover from my losses. and also be on the lookout for my nikes to be on the FOR SALE list. it sucks, but i have to do it. after years of saving, its finally time to let go, so be on the lookout. =( I just wish i would be saving for new camera lenses and not another camera.
Celadon / House of Blues
It was raelynn’s bday and the celebration was at CELADON thai food restaurant in hillcrest! good times and good food. Afterwards we headed to Victory Nightlifes Club Massive at House of Blues. It was pretty weird going to HOB on a thursday. plus HOB and the wussiest drinks. crown and coke comes in a baby plastic cup. but definitely good times. Happy birthday again rae rae.
