Stone World Bistro & Gardens

like i said,
birthday week is still in effect.

sunday: Cheers
monday: TGI Fridays
last night: Stone World Bistro & Gardens (yes, Stone beer)

Stone World Bistro & Gardens is located in escondido, not too far off the 15. its the only building its its area and its freaken HUGE! they have an outside patio with a fire pit, another bar, and better yet, a freaken garden you can walk through.

they have 45 min guided tours where you can even taste beers, they have classes on beers, and they even have easter egg hunts in their garden.

the food was different but good. they have crazy explanations for their food. every item has some type of their beer in them. you can really get faded off their beer & cheese soup. you garnish a taste that your taste buds have never tasted before.

their BEER menu was crazy. they have almost 100 taps! the menu changes daily. you can taste test all the beers you want. they have a bunch of limited beers and we were lucky today. this is a list of what i remember that went down my system:

  1. Russian Imperial Stout (2004)
  2. Russian Imperial Stout (2005)
  3. Avery Salvation-Belgium Golden Ale
  4. Flying Dog Double Dog … (< this drink is $$$)
  5. Oaked Arrogant Bastard? (some oak beer from george)
  6. Nightrider
  7. Paulaner Hefeweizen
  8. and some beer that was 12%, went down smooth as water (literally), even shalihe didnt think it was bad.

and of course, willy was recognized by the bartender and he was cool to us the whole night.

so next time your in the mood of eating out of the box, this is the place…

birthday week continues…. whats next?
