Pay It Forward
I usually forget my own birthday. but its coming up. i keep telling people im 21. i guess i only remember the birthdays that really mean something. after i turned 18, i kept telling people i was 18 until i turned 21. if you didnt know, me and ron have the same birthday.
its 640am on wednesday morning. ive been up doing some work. last night our digital cable connection went out. that means our phone line and internet was out because its all connected. luckily my tv isnt connect to my digital cable so atleast i had tv. but i missed AI.
* for some reason, im listening to cerritos all-stars online right now and they are playing the Wow Wow Wee theme song and it got me in a good mood. i guess i am filipino.
went to the gym yesterday afternoon with ocamps. i had prolly the best 2 workout in 3 months in the past two days.
ways to keep you motivated going to the gym is:
1. do different variations of your workout routine
2. dont playout your workout playlist on your ipod
3. get better headphones to bump your music so you do get distracted (ipod default headphones get distorted fast)
4. go during a time when you know you will see milfs or hot girls but still not so crowded that you can still workout (vice versa for women)(primetime for men: 9-11, 3-5)
tired of doing the same ol’ push ups?
this morning i watched “Pay It Forward”. i havent seen this movie since 2001 when i used to work at Pacific Theatres and get free posters and Pay It Forward was on my wall forever.
if only the world would be a better place. but in order for that to happen, it begins with YOU. pass on your good deeds. go out of the way for people. open the door when you know people are behind you. or even simply, just smile at someone. its also like, what goes around, comes around but in a good way. and if you believe in karma, only good things will come your way. just do yourself a favor and PAY IT FORWARD…
